Payments Policy

Jan 1

PayPal is our primary payment gateway with most of our customers opting to use PayPal. By default, all payments are in Great British Pounds but we can, by arrangement, process payments in United States Dollars and Euros. Credit cards are also processed by PayPal.

During the order process, you can create a recurring subscription with PayPal so your payments are requested automatically. Please note that if you do not have a PayPal account and wish to pay by card you will not be able to set up a recurring subscription.

Late Payments
This is a summary of our policy. Please read the official wording in the Terms of Service (TOS) document.

If an account remains outstanding five days after the invoice date, a £5 ‘late fee’ will be levied. It is possible to avoid this fee if you notify us in advance if you are unable to make a payment on the date on which it is due.

After a further 5 days, your account will be suspended. Payment in full is required to reactivate the account. In addition to any previous fees, a £10 reactivation fee will be imposed prior to reactivating the account.

If no payment or meaningful communication has been made after a further seven days, the account will be terminated. We will continue our efforts to recover any outstanding monies, using the full force of the law as necessary.
